Mitchells & Butlers PLC’s Ember Inns in West Bridgford is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and to lead the team in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will mentor staff, train and inspire them to provide excellent food, drink and service, and you will act as Duty Manager when the General Manager is not present. This role offers strong progression opportunities and a comprehensive staff benefits package.

What will I be doing? As Assistant Manager
