You must be able to build good, professional relationships with parents. Above all, you will enjoy working creatively with children and getting the very best from them. You will be able to deliver high quality teaching, through systematic, planned sequences of lessons to the children in your class, which culminates in rapid, accelerated progress so that all children can secure the outcomes of which they are capable.
