Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is seeking an experienced Freelance Finishing Manager to support the final stages of a construction project. This hands-on role focuses on delivering high-quality finishes and a smooth handover to the client.

You'll oversee all finishing trades, manage subcontractors, and carry out snagging inspections to ensure defects are resolved promptly while maintaining rigorous safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on construction projects.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• SMSTS or SSSTS preferred.
