Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Finishing Manager for a busy site in Tonbridge Wells, Kent. The project comprises high-end apartments with penthouses and 3–6-bedroom houses, all requiring premium finishes and careful co-ordination of trades.

You will lead 40+ contractors, ensure finishes are delivered to the highest standard, and may speak with clients during property viewings. SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS cards are required.

Salary: £190-250 per day

Location: Tonbridge Wells, Kent

Region: Kent

We are looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to join a busy site based in Tonbridge Wells. The project consists of high end apartments with penthouses and 3-6 bedroom houses all with high end finishes on a prestigious site. You should have experience of running the finishes of all trades onsite and having 40+ contractors under you. You may also be required to speak to clients as they are viewing the properties.

You will need to have experience of working for a high end residential developer in a similar capacity and be able to provide references to prove this.

Requirements:

• SMSTS/SSSTS
• Black of Platinum CSCS Card
• Ran the finishes of high end residential projects
• Good problem solver
• Able to liaise with architects and engineers.
