Job summary

CJ Lang & Sons Ltd operates SPAR Bonnyton in Kilmarnock, seeking a friendly Customer Service Assistant to join the team. You will help customers, unpack deliveries, stock shelves and promote offers across a busy store.

We offer flexible hours, on-site work, and a 10% staff discount. Training is provided to ensure you can deliver excellent service to the community seven days a week. No prior retail experience is required as full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is a plus but not essential.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, helpful approach.

We are open 7 days a week from early morning until late at night so flexibility is important; you might need to work some mornings, evenings and weekends.

About you…

We are looking to enhance our store team with great communicators and customer focused people who deliver friendly and efficient customer service every time. Although retail experience within the grocery sector is a plus, don’t worry it’s not essential as we’ll ensure that you have all the training you need to do an amazing job.
