Job summary

SPAR Halbeath in Dunfermline is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our store team. You will help customers, restock shelves, promote offers and serve at CJ’s counter. The role requires friendly, reliable service and the ability to work across varied shifts.

No prior retail experience is essential as full training will be provided; we offer 10% staff discount and clear career opportunities within the business.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Retail experience is a plus but training will be provided.

We are looking to enhance our store team with great communicators and customer focused people who deliver friendly and efficient customer service every time. Although retail experience within the grocery sector is a plus, don’t worry it’s not essential as we’ll ensure that you have all the training you need to do an amazing job.
