Job summary

CJ Lang & Sons Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for Tarbolton, Ayrshire. You will join SPAR and help customers with their needs, unpack deliveries, restock shelves, and promote offers at CJ’s counter. Training will ensure you deliver friendly and efficient service while maintaining store hygiene.

We are open 7 days a week with flexible hours including mornings, evenings and weekends. The role offers a 10% staff discount and opportunities for career progression within our long-standing

• Customer service experience is preferred but training will be provided.
• Strong communication and a friendly manner are essential.

We are open 7 days a week from early morning until late at night so flexibility is important; you might need to work some mornings, evenings and weekends.

About you…

We are looking to enhance our store team with great communicators and customer focused people who deliver friendly and efficient customer service every time. Although retail experience within the grocery sector is a plus, don’t worry it’s not essential as we’ll ensure that you have all the training you need to do an amazing job.
