Job summary

Octane Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy main dealership in Oxford. You will manage customers through the service and repair process, book vehicles into the workshop, provide estimates, and keep customers updated on progress.

The role requires previous Aftersales or Service Advisor experience, a Full UK Driving Licence, and the right to work in the UK. Salary up to £30,000 base with a £6,000 bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Manage customers throughout the vehicle service and repair process.

• Liaise with Vehicle Technicians and the Workshop Controller.
• Recommend additional repairs, maintenance, parts and services where appropriate.
• Maintain high levels of customer service while achieving Aftersales targets.

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Automotive Service Advisor to join a busy main dealership in Oxford. Applicants must have previous automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales experience, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Location: Oxford

Salary: Up to £30,000 basic

Hours: Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings on a rota
