Job summary

Kirkburton First School is seeking an Educational Teaching Assistant to join our friendly, one-form entry church school in rural Huddersfield. You will support pupils’ learning and welfare, including 1:1 support for a child with medical needs, and work as part of a caring team.

Educational Teaching Assistant

Our Governors are seeking to appoint a skilled and inspirational Educational Teaching Assistant to support in our lovely one-form entry church school in rural Huddersfield.. Applications are invited for this job from individuals who are able to work as part of a team to support the learning and welfare of pupils in our school.

The ability to relate to children/young people from diverse backgrounds is essential for this job, as well as having good verbal communication skills in order to liaise with children/young people and other staff members.
