Job summary

Gap Personnel Northampton is seeking a Warehouse Operative on a full-time, rotational basis. You will pick items for delivery to outlets across the UK, starting at 06:00, with Monday to Friday shifts that rotate between 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00.

Location is Northampton (NN7); you should live nearby or have transport because public transport isn’t available early. The role is full-time, temporary – ongoing, with on-site facilities including a canteen, car park, showers and vending machines.

• Loading and unloading stock
• Supporting other general warehouse operations
• LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) training will be provided to all staff

Warehouse Operative Rotational (This role is FULL TIME only)

Location: Northampton (NN7)

Commutable distance - You must live close to NN7 or have your own vehicle; public transport is not available early enough for a 06:00 start time.

The Role:

Duties include picking items for delivery to outlets across the UK.

Additional responsibilities:

• Restocking and replenishment
• Loading and unloading stock
• Supporting other general warehouse operations
• LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) training will be provided to all staff

Salary £13.05 per hour

Hours of work as a Warehouse Operative: Monday to Friday

6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm Rotational
