Job summary

Catering in Wellingborough is seeking a proactive Warehouse Operative to join our fast-paced production environment. You will load/unload materials, operate machinery, sample quality, and support stock control while maintaining clean, safe working conditions.

Flexibility to work across production roles, with overtime possible, and a focus on health and safety, teamwork and continuous improvement. Shift times are 07:30 to 17:00, and the role is temporary with a pay rate of £12.71-£13.71 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and health & safety guidelines.
• Attention to detail and quality standards.
• Flexible and team-focused with good attendance.

Warehouse Operative

Wellingborough Area

Shift Times:

Between 07:30-17:00

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operative to support a Warehouse team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key.

You will support all areas of the warehouse process, including:

• Loading and unloading materials
• Machine operation, supporting technicians and using computer systems.
• Quality sampling and stock control
• General housekeeping duties with heavy lifting involved
• Assisting the Production Team Leader with operational updates and process improvementsFLT / Forklift Counterbalance would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
