Ethero is seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives in Donnington, Telford to join a fast-paced team. The role focuses on receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods with accuracy and efficiency.

Shift patterns are rotating with day and late shifts; pay rates are £13.45 on day shift and £16.14 on late shift. The position offers progression opportunities and on-site facilities including free parking and canteen.

Warehouse Operative

We are looking for reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operatives to join growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering high standards.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

Pay rate:

£13.45 on day shift from 8am - 4pm
£16.14 on late shift from 4pm -Midnight

Rotational shifts.
Monday - Friday

Role and key responsibilities for Warehouse Operatives:

• Working in a busy & safe warehouse
• Picking items from the racking onto conveyor
• Checking for order numbers and ensuring they are moved to the correct areas
• Placing goods into boxes
• Working from order sheets
• Updating the system

Minimum Requirements for Warehouse Operatives:
