Job summary

Pertemps Yusen in Northampton is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution centre handling consumer electronics and technology products. You will pack items, pick and prepare orders for dispatch, move stock safely, and assist with loading and unloading deliveries.

The role requires reliability, good attention to detail, and a positive team attitude. Full-time hours with shift patterns from 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00, plus training and a friendly work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to carry out manual handling and lifting duties.

Job description

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and well-established distribution centre in Northampton. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team in a clean, modern warehouse environment, working with consumer electronics and technology products.

The Role as a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• Packing consumer electronics and technology products
• Picking and preparing customer orders for dispatch
• Moving and handling stock safely within the warehouse
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Carrying out manual handling duties
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.

Shift Pattern

06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00

Full-time hours

Flexibility to work across shifts may be required to support operational requirements

Pay & Benefits

£13.59 - £13.79 per hour - Overtime after 40 hours £20.39
