CareTech in Streatham is recruiting a Female Waking Night Support Worker to join Magnolia Court, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
The role involves delivering person-centred support, assisting with daily living and personal care as required, promoting independence and wellbeing, and maintaining records. You will work a rota including nights, weekends and sleep-ins, within a small, two-flat service rated Good by the CQC.
Permanent | Full-time | 30 hours per week

Rated Good by the CQC, Magnolia Court is split into two flats with one service user living in each flat. The two people who live here have multiple, complex needs and some challenging behaviours.
They are very different in their abilities and needs; one liking to go out and be part of the community and the other preferring not to be in busy communal place.
You will:
We’re seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.
