CareTech in Portsmouth is recruiting Bank Support Workers to provide person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. You’ll deliver daily living support, assist with personal care, and promote independence in a compassionate team.
The role involves working a rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with full training and a structured induction. Enhanced DBS is required and training toward Level 2 in Health and Social Care is encouraged.

London Road is a Service located in Portsmouth and can be accessed by rail or road links via the M27 and A27.
Consisting of ten supported living flats, London Road is suitable for men and women with a range of complex support needs which may disrupt their ability to consistently function independently or as part of a community, participate in employment, maintain positive relationships or cope with the demands of every‑day life
We’re seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.
No previous experience? No problem! If you have the passion, we’ll provide full training and a structured induction programme.
