CareTech Community Services in Mersham is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our service. You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily living tasks, and enable independence within a caring team.

Anderida currently provides support for three gentleman with Mild LD, Mental Health and Acquired Brain Injury. The Service Users enjoy going to our Day center and Sensory Interaction.
You will:
We’re seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.
No previous experience? No problem! If you have the passion, we’ll provide full training and a structured induction programme.
