CareTech is recruiting a Support Worker for the Martello Centre in Folkestone. You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, delivering person-centred care, assisting with daily living skills, and promoting independence.
No prior experience required; full training and a structured induction are provided to help you succeed in the role. A full UK driving licence and D1 entitlement are preferred for certain shifts.

Our Martello Day Centre service is based in Folkestone and is used by 60 Service users attending on a weekly basis. There is free parking for staff members.
The Day Centre has its own garden and lots of various activities. The Centre is in walking distance of the harbour and town centre, with close transport links.
We're seeking people who are caring, patient and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently as well as part of a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written skills, and be flexible and reliable.
No previous experience? No problem! If you have the right attitude and passion for supporting others, we'll provide full training and a structured induction programme to help you succeed in the role.
