Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Hagley (DY9 9LJ) is seeking a Live In Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen team, running a section and stepping in for the Head Chef in their absence. You will deliver quality food and ensure smooth service in a premium pub environment.
