Mitchells & Butler s PLC in Long Eaton is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train a team and ensure high standards of food prep and service. You will step up in the Head Chef’s absence and help manage stock, ordering, and menu execution.

The role offers full-time hours at a branded pub/inn, with opportunities to progress and access employee benefits across the Mitchells & Butler s group.
