Job summary

Scope's Surbiton Shop is looking for an Assistant Shop Manager to lead a small team, including volunteers, to deliver excellent customer service and support local community initiatives.

This permanent, part-time role offers 28 hours per week at 81-83 Victoria Road, Surbiton, KT6 4NS, with on-site duties. You will help drive sales, manage stock and deputise for the Shop Manager when required.

• Support the shop manager to drive sales and effectively manage stock. Also support our online selling with identifying suitable items and listing on online selling platforms
• Help the team deliver excellent customer service.
• Deputise for the shop manager in their absence.
