Job summary

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking district nursing staff to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual patient and carer needs in the community. You will deliver evidence-based nursing care and communicate effectively with patients and families, including those with language or learning needs.

Responsibilities include administering drugs within NMC guidelines and actively promoting health for patients and carers in Fylde Coast clinics.
