Successful candidates will deliver high standards of care in a community setting, participate in a rota system across seven days, and hold a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle for work purposes.

We are looking for a caring, motivated friendly community nurse to join our busy, professional and dynamic team. You should possess commitment to interdisciplinary team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of care. You will be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for community nursing, as well as a desire for ongoing professional development. Please note this position is community based, requiring the successful applicant to see patients in their own homes. Therefore, a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
