Dunwall Partners Ltd in Gosport is seeking a Housing Repairs Administrator on a part-time, permanent basis (25 hours per week). You will coordinate repairs from initial report to completion, schedule maintenance, and provide excellent customer service to residents.
This role combines administration, scheduling and practical property maintenance knowledge. You’ll act as the key link between residents, operatives and contractors, keeping records up to date and ensuring repairs progress on time.
