Job summary

Agincare Group at Critchill Court Care Home is seeking an experienced care professional to deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with dignity and independence in a warm, homely environment.

You will administer medication safely, contribute to and review care plans, and lead engaging activities while guiding the team. The role includes funded training up to QCF Level 5, a company pension, and on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities.
• Right to work in the UK (minimum 12 months).
