Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a compassionate care assistant at The Chestnuts in the UK. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming home for residents and support the care team with everyday tasks, ensuring comfort and dignity.

Role involves shifts 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends. Full training is provided toward QCF Level 5 and beyond, with pension and discounts available. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Keep communal areas safe, clean, and welcoming.
• Dust, polish, and vacuum residents' rooms to a high standard.
• Work with the management team to maintain hygiene standards.
• Bring warmth and kindness to residents through small acts - smiles, chats, and friendly presence.
