We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealership based in Eardisley, Herefordshire. They are currently seeking an experienced HGV Technician to join their friendly workshop team. • Competitive starting salary up to £19.23 per hour, rising to £24 per hour with full specialisation
• Alternating early and late shifts: Week 1 (6:00am-2:00pm) and Week 2 (2:00pm-10:00pm), Monday to Friday

Duties of the HGV Technician:

• Perform all service, maintenance, and repair work efficiently and to manufacturer standards
• Carry out comprehensive diagnosis and rectify malfunctions in HGVs
• Support colleagues with technical issues and innovative solutions
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
• Document diagnosis, repairs, safety inspections, and service activities accurately
• Contribute positively to workshop productivity and target achievement

Requirements of the HGV Technician:

• Ideally, hold an IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Individuals with extensive hands-on experience in HGV maintenance without formal qualifications will also be considered
