Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead care teams across Hedge End and Fareham. You will provide hands-on support, guide colleagues, and help shape person-centred care across multiple locations.

The role combines direct care with leadership responsibilities, empowering you to drive quality, ensure consistent support, and build strong relationships with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior support or team leader role.
• Confidence supporting complex needs.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (Level 3 desirable/working towards).
• Strong organisation and IT skills.
• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
