Choice Support is seeking a supportive and motivated Team Manager to join our teams in Nantwich and Crewe. This role focuses on making a real difference to people’s lives.

You will lead and develop the team, keep support plans up to date, help people build confidence and independence, and ensure high-quality care. You’ll plan rotas, assist with recruitment, and provide the training and support needed for staff to perform at their best.
