Job summary

Everybody in Crewe is seeking a Health & Fitness Advisor (Gym Instructor) to work full time at Crewe Lifestyle Centre. You’ll deliver energetic inductions, tailor workouts and support members of all ages to stay active and achieve their goals.

You’ll help maintain a welcoming gym floor, lead safe sessions, and participate in the 3-week rolling rota with early mornings, afternoons and some weekends. Level 2 Fitness Instructing is required; salary is £25,087.76 (pro rata) with 37 hours.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Award in Fitness Instructing is required.

Delivering incredible inductions and designing programmes to help people achieve their goals is a huge part of the job, and equally as important Health & Fitness Advisors also take responsibility for keeping our gyms vibrant, safe & clean places that people want to come back to time and time again.

If you enjoy working as part of a team & making people smile, our Health & Fitness Advisor job is perfect for you! It’s also a great way to boost your career in the leisure industry – with many Health & Fitness Advisors developing further – for example as Personal Trainers, Fitness Instructors and Duty Managers.

Level 2 Award in Fitness Instructing required.

Contracted roles follow a three point grading structure, with the opportunity to advance annually through the PDR (Performance and Development Review) process.

Shifts May Include; Early mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

One Weekend in every 3

3 Week fixed rolling rota

Salary: 25,087.76 (pro rata)
