Dimensions in Crawley is seeking a Support Worker to deliver one-to-one community support for adults with learning disabilities. You will assist with appointments, social activities, and independent living, using person-centred plans.

This is a dynamic, community-based role supporting adults with learning disabilities across multiple local locations. You'll help people attend appointments, engage in social and recreational activities, and access services that promote wellbeing and independence.
