Dimensions is seeking committed care staff for a home-based role in Ash Vale, working with five adults with learning disabilities. You will support daily living, participate in community activities and help maintain routines in a warm, respectful environment.
The role offers flexible shift patterns, a competitive payrate with overtime uplift, and benefits including 30 days paid annual leave and DBS paid for by Dimensions. Full-time and part-time contracts available.
Full or Part Time Contracts Available (between 22.5 - up to 45 hours per week)
Shift Patterns: Mixtures of earlies/lates/alternate weekends

About the people you'll support
You'll be working in a warm, friendly home supporting five adults (2 ladies and 3 gents) aged 40-70, each with learning disabilities and their own personalities, routines, and interests. You'll be part of a team that helps them live the life they choose.
