Job summary

Dimensions in Crawley is looking for Support Workers to join the One to One Plus Community Team. You will provide personalised, community-based support to adults with learning disabilities to help them live independently and confidently.

The role involves assisting with appointments, transport, and social activities, maintaining records, and promoting wellbeing. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required; a full UK driving licence and vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle (for community travel).
• Flexibility to work rotational hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated compassion and a person-centred approach to care.

Location: Crawley | Hours: Full & Part-Time (16–37.5 hrs/week) Evenings and Weekends Required

Driving Licence, and Business Insurance Vehicle Required - Mileage Allowance - We pay 55p per mile

This is a dynamic, community-based role supporting adults with learning disabilities across multiple local locations. You’ll help people attend appointments, engage in social and recreational activities, and access services that promote wellbeing and independence.

About you

• Full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle

• Flexibility to work rotational hours (7am–9pm), including alternate weekends
