Dimensions in Crawley is looking for Support Workers to join the One to One Plus Community Team. You will provide personalised, community-based support to adults with learning disabilities to help them live independently and confidently.
The role involves assisting with appointments, transport, and social activities, maintaining records, and promoting wellbeing. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required; a full UK driving licence and vehicle are essential.
