Dimensions’ One to One Plus Community Team in Crawley is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities live independently in the community.

You will provide personalised, compassionate support, attend appointments, and enable participation in social activities across local locations, promoting wellbeing and independence.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle.
• Business use car insurance (or willingness to obtain it).
• Flexibility to work rotational hours (7am–9pm), including alternate weekends.
• Compassion, reliability, and a person-centred mindset.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one support in the community.
• Administering Personal Care.
• Assisting with appointments, outings, and social activities.
• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care planning.
• Transporting individuals safely to and from activities.
