This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and adult learners, and is committed to an inclusive approach to helping students achieve their full potential.

As an Educational Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting learners with additional support needs and barriers to learning in the classroom, outdoors and on digital learning environments, assisting lecturers and helping students to develop the confidence and skills for learning and beyond.

About the Role

Working closely with Lecturers, LDTs, Learner Support and Curriculum Managers, you will provide a blend of learning support, learner guidance, practical inclusive practice and other assistance to enhance the overall student experience.
