Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a client for the position of Van Sales Manager in Llanelli. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled motor trade professional to lead a dedicated sales team within a reputable, family-run dealership.

The Van Sales Manager will drive the sales of new and used vans, develop relationships with local businesses, and work with senior management to maximise profitability from vehicle sales, finance, insurance and accessories.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Van or LCV sales, ideally with management responsibilities.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Van Sales department to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop relationships with local businesses to increase fleet and commercial vehicle sales.
• Drive the sales of new and used vans, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with senior management to implement policies aiming for maximum profitability from vehicle sales, finance, insurance, and accessories.
• Develop and motivate a sales team, supporting their ongoing training and development.
• Conduct outreach to local businesses, promoting available products and services.
• Monitor and optimise departmental processes for efficiency and cost control.
• Contribute towards maintaining high standards of customer service and departmental performance.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Van Sales Manager in Llanelli.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced motor trade professional to lead a dedicated sales team within a reputable, family-run dealership.

The Van Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding the commercial vehicle sector and driving sales growth.

• Basic salary up to £42,000 per annum, with an OTE of £65,000, subject to performance

• No Sunday working; Monday to Friday hours with alternating Saturday shifts
