Kenect Recruitment Ltd is helping a successful food manufacturing business recruit a Customer Service Co-Ordinator. This office-based role is 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 8am-5pm (Mon-Thu) and 8am-4pm on Fri, including 1-hour lunch breaks.
You’ll be the main contact for customers and internal teams, coordinating orders across Customer Service, Production Planning and Transport, and learning multiple areas of the operation.

We're looking for a
Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join a successful food manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and getting involved across different areas of the business.
You won't be restricted to customer service alone. You'll work closely with
Customer Service, Production Planning and Transport, and will be trained to provide holiday cover across both Production Planning and Transport when required.
As Customer Service Co-Ordinator, you'll play an important role in keeping things running smoothly and ensuring customers receive an excellent service.
Your responsibilities will include:

We're looking for someone who is
organised, reliable, proactive and confident communicating with people at all levels.
You'll need:
Microsoft Word and Excel.
Oracle would be an advantage.
pallet systems.
Experience in customer service, food manufacturing, production planning, logistics or transport would be advantageous, but we're particularly interested in finding someone with the right attitude, organisation and willingness to learn.
This is more than a traditional customer service role. You'll have the opportunity to
