CareTech is recruiting a dedicated support worker for Cushathill, near Dumfries. You will help young people with daily routines, school preparations and engaging activities in a warm, home-like setting.
No prior experience? Training is provided. The role offers a full-time contract with a flexible shift pattern and a strong focus on safeguarding and care outcomes for vulnerable youths.
Pay:£26,227 to £30,160 plus £67.50 per sleep-in, expect 10 sleeps per month gives an additional £8000+ over the year -OTE£38,160

Cushathill is a beautiful, warm home nestled on the outskirts of Dumfries and Galloway. We are registered to support 4 young people. We have refurbished our home in order to provide the best facilities to support our young people, including new kitchen and open plan dining. We support children who have experienced trauma, have learning disabilities or display challenging behaviours.
