Octane Recruitment is seeking a Centre Manager for a fast-fit automotive retail centre in Yeovil. You will lead the centre and workshop teams, drive sales, and ensure high standards of customer service in the day-to-day operations.

The role requires experience managing people in the automotive sector, a strong commercial mindset, and a valid UK driving licence. Competitive pay with an uncapped OTE and extensive benefits are on offer.

Our client who is one of the UK's fastest growing fast-fit automotive business, are currently looking for a Centre Manager based at their retail centre in Yeovil.

As a Centre Manager you would be responsible for the day-to-day running of the centre, managing and motivating the centre & workshop teams, driving sales performance and ensuring customers receive a high standard of service.

To be applicable for this role you must have experience managing people and have a strong background within the Automotive industry.

Pay / salary

• Basic: £34,000 to £36,000
• OTE: Uncapped and realistic £10,000

Shift and schedule

08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday and Saturdays 08:30 - 16:00 on a rota with a day off in the week.

Centre Manager Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the centre and workshop teams and drive sales performance

To be a Centre Manager you will need

• Valid UK driving licence - Essential
• Previous Centre Manager / Assistant Centre Manager experience within automotive, tyres, fast-fit or a similar environment
• Strong commercial and sales background
• Good automotive and mechanical knowledge
• Team-management experience
• Understanding of relevant Health & Safety requirements
• Strong customer-service and account-management skills
