Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a dynamic Registered Home Manager to lead a larger care home in Bishop Auckland. You will maintain high care standards, regulatory compliance, and drive occupancy and performance.

The role requires an RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN and a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Home Manager, with strong leadership and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

£60,000 per annum | NMC Registered Nurse Required

We're looking for a dynamic Registered Home Manager who has successfully led larger care homes and knows what it takes to deliver outstanding results. From maintaining exceptional care standards and regulatory compliance to developing high-performing teams and driving occupancy, you'll be at the heart of the home's continued success.

What We're Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Home Manager
• Previous experience managing larger care or nursing homes
• Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
• Proven track record of achieving and maintaining
• Good or
