Leading both a nursing home and a residential home, you'll play an important role in creating environments where residents receive exceptional, person-centred care and colleagues feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed. Working across both services, you'll provide strategic direction while remaining visible and approachable, ensuring each home continues to deliver the highest standards of care, compliance, and clinical excellence. • Monitor clinical standards, governance, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance, maintaining high-quality outcomes across both services.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, occupancy, budgets, and operational performance to ensure both homes continue to thrive.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.
• Analyse performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement initiatives that enhance both resident outcomes and service quality.
• Support, coach, and develop senior staff, encouraging professional growth and strong leadership throughout both homes.
• Promote a culture where dignity, respect, independence, and wellbeing remain at the heart of every decision.

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
