About the role

In this role you will deliver high-quality teaching, playing a key role in delivering a curriculum that is current, career-focused, and aligned with industry needs. Supporting the development and review of learning programmes in line with national trends and curriculum changes.

You will prepare effective learning materials, adapt teaching to meet student needs, and contribute to continuous improvement in delivery. You will also be providing guidance and support to students, addressing student welfare needs and referring to other departments where appropriate and carrying out assessments in line with college and awarding body requirements.
