Job summary

TEC Partnership is seeking an Employment Engagement Advisor on a permanent basis for 22.5 hours per week at our NET Nottingham campus. The role focuses on supporting learners from enquiry to employment, delivering employability programmes, and coaching individuals to reach their goals.

You will build relationships with employers and partners, facilitate workshops, and provide careers advice in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and support learners from first enquiry through to employment.
• Deliver engaging employability programmes and provide one-to-one coaching.
• Build strong relationships with employers and partner organisations.
• Facilitate workshops and careers advice to learners.
• Help learners overcome barriers and achieve their goals.

TEC Partnership is made up of four colleges, two training providers, a 14-16 provision and a nursery, stretching from Scarborough to Skegness with a Nottingham based campus also.
