TEC Partnership is seeking a Learning Support Advisor to help learners with additional needs thrive academically and personally. You will work closely with teaching staff to adapt resources and build confidence, independence and potential, within an inclusive educational setting.
Role involves supporting learners in and outside the classroom, removing barriers to learning and collaborating with tutors, parents, employers and external agencies to foster wellbeing and success.
As a Learning Support Advisor, you will play a key role in helping learners with additional needs and disabilities thrive both academically and personally. Working closely with teaching staff, you'll provide tailored support, adapt learning resources and encourage learners to develop confidence, independence and achieve their full potential.
