We are looking for an organised, proactive and motivated Employability and Placement Coordinator to lead and coordinate high-quality work-related learning and external work experience opportunities for learners at Skegness College.
Working closely with curriculum teams, managers and employers, you will ensure learners have access to meaningful placements that develop the skills, knowledge and experience relevant to their qualifications and future employment.
You will play a key role in building strong employer relationships, monitoring placement quality and learner progress, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, and delivering against agreed work experience and work-readiness targets.
