Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, at Toby Carvery - Langley Green in Crawley, is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will mentor staff, drive service excellence, and act as a role model to develop your team while maintaining high standards across food, drink and hospitality in a busy venue.

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
