Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Cheadle Hulme is seeking a Duty Manager to work alongside the General Manager to drive daily operations and guest experiences at the March Hare, part of the Vintage Inns collection.

You will lead and develop your team, deliver service excellence across food and drink, and strive to hit business targets while enjoying a range of staff benefits and a supportive employer. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cheadle Hulme.

As Duty Manager at the March Hare, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team to success. You’ll oversee all areas of the business, making sure to provide guests with an experience that keeps them coming back for more.
