Randstad CPE is seeking a motivated Property Manager in Warrington. This role offers full training, a clear progression plan and a supportive developing culture with hybrid working options.

You will oversee a portfolio of private residential developments, build strong client relationships, deliver excellent resident service, manage contractors and budgets, and collaborate with a proactive team to maintain safe, well-run properties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within property, lettings, housing, or a similar field.

• Valid driver's license and access to a car (parking and expenses paid).
