Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a nursery practitioner in the United Kingdom to provide high-quality care and education aligned with the EYFS framework. The role focuses on planning engaging activities, observing and supporting children's development, and building strong relationships with families and staff.

Ideal candidates will have experience in an early years setting, strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding, and a genuine passion for helping children learn and grow.

• Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
• Make use of the nursery's facilities to create exciting learning opportunities.
• Encourage children's confidence, independence, and curiosity through play-based learning.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment; follow safeguarding and health and safety policies.

Your Role

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
