Job summary

The Co-op Group is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager for the Andover depot on the back shift (2pm–10pm). This full-time role manages a sizeable team of warehouse operatives to ensure safe, accurate picking and packing while meeting tight deadlines.

You will coach and develop the team, uphold health and safety standards, and work with internal partners to improve processes. In return, you receive a competitive salary (£32,200–£39,560), shift premiums, benefits, and progression opportunities.

Warehouse Team Manager - Back Shift - Andover

£32,200 - £39,560 per annum - inclusive of shift premiums, plus great benefits

Full-time, 39 hours per week. Permanent

Back Shift (2pm-10pm), 5 over 7 days, including weekends

We're looking for a warehouse team manager to join our team in the Andover depot. You'll be responsible for a sizeable team of warehouse operatives, making sure that all products are picked and packed in a safe and secure manner. We'll look for you to engage with your team; leading and coaching them to deliver better results week on week, along with making sure that they adhere to working standards, policies and procedures.

What you'll do:
