Job summary

Co-op in Coventry is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager for night shift. You’ll lead a sizeable team of warehouse operatives, coaching them to deliver better results while upholding safety and company standards. You'll engage with internal partners, drive performance and plan workloads for timely deliveries.

The role is 39 hours per week, night shift 22:00–06:00, five days across seven. Salary £31,050–£34,500 with 25% night shift premium and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have previously managed a sizeable team, preferably from logistics or FMCG.
• Ability to work at pace with accuracy.
• Proven track record of reaching and exceeding critical performance measures.
• Understanding and knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Strong planning skills and ability to organise own and team workload.
• Understanding of how poor service can impact stores and customers.
• Strong and confident communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills.

Warehouse Team Manager – Night Shift

£31,050 – £34,500 plus 25% night shift premium plus great benefits

Night shift – 10pm – 6am

39 hours per week, full time, permanent

5 days over 7 including weekends

We’re looking for a warehouse team manager to join our team in the Coventry depot. You’ll be responsible for a sizeable team of warehouse operatives, making sure that all products are picked and packed in a safe and secure manner. We’ll look for you to engage with your team; leading and coaching them to deliver better results week on week, along with making sure that they adhere to working standards, policies and procedures.
